How to log in to the Customer Care website DI SIDE

 
This website is in Norwegian, so you may need help from someone who can read and understand Norwegian if you are not proficient in the language yourself.
  • In the upper right-hand corner on this website there is a box titled "DI SIDE".
  • Enter Your e-mail address and Your password
  • Click on the green-button
Important! If this is the first time you log on to "Di side" you have to register a user profile first.
 

How to register a user profile

  • Click on "Register User"
  • Log in by using Your user account for Facebook, Google or Microsoft
If you do not wish to use any of these options you can create Your own user profile:
  • Click on the button "Registrer brukar"
  • Enter your customer number in the field labeled "Customer no." and your 4-digit PIN code* in the field labeled "PIN-code".
  • Enter Your e-mail address in the Field labeled "Brukarnamn (e-post)"
  • Enter a password of minimum 8 characters in the Field labeled "Passord"
  • Confirm Your password in the Field labeled "Bekreft passord"
  • Click on the blue button
